Together we can do so much deeper than on our own. With a regulated and synchronized group nervous system, the support of reflections from peers, and the witnessing of other peoples breakthroughs transformation becomes exponential. We love holding potent and brave group container of different lengths.

While we embrace the importance of integrity and safety in a held group container to nurture a coherent field and create enough trust for our bodies and nervous systems to open up, reveal ourselves and surrender to a developmental current, we don't emphasize the idea of "safe space". Ultimately that promise is always going to fall short as complete safety is an illusion and creates dependence. We instead emphasize the importance of equipping our participants with a deeper capacity for self-leadership, courage, confidence and attunement, so they can become self-responsible stewards of their own growth, choosing their next step in attunement with their own capacity to stretch and expand, assert boundaries, express desire, and commit to their purpose, without collapsing into overwhelm or trauma. This is a delicate approach that requires trust and a setup that leaves a margin for experimentation, titration and trial and error with a container that allows for a soft landing and integration in case you stumble.
